I had bacon marmalade on toast, a short rib grilled cheese sandwich, and white chocolate raspberry bread pudding. It was delicious.

Pork tenderloin medallions with a blueberry-mustard sauce and roasted purple sweet potatoes.
Easier than it sounds.

It was like a wok- less, stir fry and soy sauce.
Gosh, I love my wife's cooking. 99% of the time it's pure deliciousness. That or it needs a slight improvement to be delicious. Out of 4 years of marriage, I believe I haven't like 5 foods she has made. And this is coming from a guy who only ate hot dogs and chicken growing up.

I had homemade taco salad. Ground beef seasoned with cumin, adobo, paprika, and cayenne, over tortilla chips with sharp cheddar and queso fresco. Topped with onions, green & red peppers, jalapeno, habenero, tomatoes, and avocado. Picked the jalapeno and habenero right out of the back yard before dinner.
